High level:
1. Click or drag the action icon from the left menu and place anywhere in the edit area (need to be in edit/draft mode)
2. Double click the action icon to access the configurations (if applicable)
3. Enter appropriate configurables
4. Save
5. Place/connect the action in the appropriate place in the scheme/process
6. Don“t forget to Save the scheme!
Where the source is defined, eg where to retrieve bookings and/or tickets from (GDS, Database etc), how often, where to send error notifications, etc
Where a process finishes (there could be multiple finish actions in a scheme)
Pause the process for a pre-defined time. For example; the process runs until this step then pauses for specified number of hours before continuing from this step.
Repeat the process from the start of the scheme after a pre-defined time. For example; the process runs until this step, stops, and then after specified number of hours it sends the booking to be processed from the Start-step again.
Accept schedule changes and remove inactive segments.
