Enter a carrier code and a message to the carrier. The message can contain variables picked up from the booking or the carrier settings page. In this example the variable picks up the refund waiver code specified on the carrier´s settings page (https://xyz.traveknowledgy.com/en-GB/carriers).

Commit: this action does not per default save the changes made to the booking but you can choose if you want it to either Save the booking (End) or Save and retrieve it (End and Retrieve). You can do this in the popup window or if you click the bottom right hand corner of the action.

Note: if you do not commit and there are no other actions in the process/flow following this step, you will receive an error when you check/activate the scheme.
