Cancel all cards, checked: Removes all cards in the booking.

Cancel all cards, not checked: Removes the card entered in the same process/session. Exampel: earlier in the scheme when it´s run there is a virtual card added. For some reason there is a discrepancy so the card can´t/shouldn´t be used in this process and shouldn´t be saved if the scheme/process is run at a later time, therefore the card needs to be removed

When a card is cancelled a reason needs to be defined as well, choose one from the dropdown.
