Tickets with coupon status VOID, EXCH, RFND and USED/FLOWN are final and will always be considered as synchronized without the synchronization attempt.

Example:

The condition is met if All coupons of a ticket have ny of the following statuses or Any of the coupons has one of the checked statuses.
