Client Notifications
You can send emails to relevant recipients either automatically using a scheme or manually via the support admin module. There is the possibility to create and use email templates or you can choose to create the email content directly in a scheme.
In an email or template you can use variables. You can for example import almost any PNR data to be displayed in the email - passenger names, ticket numbers, remarks, PNR record locators, ticketing time limit and much more. See the page about variables for a full list:
